How It Works

This Micro Nerdle solver is tuned for the compact 5-tile board.

Shorter board, tighter candidate set

Micro Nerdle has a much smaller legal equation bank than classic Nerdle. That means each clue row can shrink the pool very quickly once the colors are entered correctly.

Each symbol still matters like a tile game

Digits, operators, and the equals sign all count as symbols. Green locks a symbol in place. Purple keeps it in play but moves it elsewhere. Black removes it after duplicate handling is resolved.

Use the suggestion rail to split the pool

When several valid equations remain, the next-guess suggestion favors equations that test strong remaining symbols and positions instead of just echoing a random candidate.

Is this page only for the 5-tile Micro board?

Yes. This page targets Micro Nerdle only. If you are solving the normal 8-tile board, use the Classic Nerdle solver instead.

Why is the candidate bank smaller than classic Nerdle?

Micro Nerdle uses much shorter equations, so there are fewer legal combinations to begin with. That makes color feedback more powerful after each guess.

Why did the pool drop to zero?

Usually one tile color was entered incorrectly or the guess itself was not a legal 5-tile Micro Nerdle equation.

Does the suggested next guess always equal the final answer?

No. When the pool is still broad, the suggestion is chosen because it tests useful symbols and positions, not because it is guaranteed to be the final solution.
